You must have lived for at least 2 years in a specified regional area of Australia.
You must have worked full-time for at least 12 months, generally at a minimum of 35 hours per week.
If you were sponsored by an eligible relative, you must have lived in the designated area of Australia for a minimum of 2 years.
You must have complied with all conditions attached to your previous visa.
You must meet health and character requirements.

You and family members aged 16 years or older may need police certificates from every country where you have lived for 12 months or more in the last 10 years.
